At Noltic, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, we are looking for a motivated Trainee QA Engineer to join our team and grow into a skilled QA professional. and teams working onSalesforce implementation and consulting projects
What you will do
- Assist in testing web and mobile applications.
- Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues.
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure product quality.
- Learn and apply QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
- Participate in requirement reviews and project discussions
We are looking for
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with QA concepts, testing types (functional, regression, smoke, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, documentation, test design techniques.
- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
- Good communication skills in English (at least B2 or higher)
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of German and/or Polish languages
- Previous exposure to Salesforce projects or CRM environments
