At Noltic, a leading Salesforce consulting partner, we are looking for a motivated Trainee QA Engineer to join our team and grow into a skilled QA professional. and teams working onSalesforce implementation and consulting projects

What you will do

Assist in testing web and mobile applications.
Execute test cases, report defects, and track issues.
Collaborate with developers and QA team to ensure product quality.
Learn and apply QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools.
Participate in requirement reviews and project discussions

We are looking for

Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Familiarity with QA concepts, testing types (functional, regression, smoke, etc.).
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, documentation, test design techniques.
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL is a plus.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
Good communication skills in English (at least B2 or higher)

Will be a plus

Knowledge of German and/or Polish languages
Previous exposure to Salesforce projects or CRM environments
