Zenoo LTD provides a comprehensive platform for building, defining, and orchestrating digital onboarding processes; no coding required. With its toolkit, any website can quickly design, test, and deploy customer journeys. It is also easily integrated into various third-party providers, apps, or enterprise systems.

Noltic helped Zenoo make their platform complete by developing vDoc, a Salesforce app. It automates document collection, processing, and validation, improving the entire onboarding journey for Salesforce customers.

Challenges

Back-office paper-based and manual processes are time-consuming and far from being efficient. Zenoo knew about this problem, so they came up with an idea to help their clients solve it. They were aiming to create a seamless online experience that would leave less routine tasks to employees, reduce the risk of human error and fraud.

Zenoo were looking for a team for building a Salesforce product that would use their technologies to reduce the cost of client acquisition and improve the onboarding process. Noltic became Zenoo’s partner and implemented the idea.

Outcomes
What we did
  • Developing a native Salesforce Lightning application and a flexible plug-n-play solution
  • Integration of Zenoo platform with Salesforce using Apex REST API and the Connected App
  • Implementation of Lightning components to allow Salesforce customers to use Zenoo’s technology and functionality
  • Developing custom objects, triggers, and apex code to manage the onboarding and verification flow on the Salesforce side

Results

Noltic helped Zenoo customers efficiently manage their onboardings in Salesforce.
By our solution, we have opened Zenoo technology to more than 150,000 Salesforce customers.

The vDoc we`ve created allows to:

  • Transfer harmonized data – vDoc identifies errors within seconds and shows users how to fix them in real-time, reducing the back-office burden

  • Manage documents – the solution lets the staff request and review documents directly from Salesforce with a single click

  • Validate customer data – vDoc has direct access to the top data providers for document authentication: IDmission, Onfido, Acuant, Tink, Experian, Jumio, Salt Edge, Plaid, Equifax. This reduces the risk of fraud significantly

  • Synchronize data – after the documents users submit to Zenoo are verified, vDoc ensures their real-time synchronization for a quick and smooth onboarding process
