Marketing Specialist

In this role, you will collaborate within the Salesforce industry ecosystem to grow Noltic’s brand positioning and online presence. Your main task will be to demonstrate Noltic’s services, products, and talent development projects. We approach marketing in a way that Noltic can change the industry in Ukraine and impact the Salesforce sector worldwide. We make our tech expertise and quality the priority, letting our deliverables speak for themselves.

We are looking for a proactive and creative person who loves marketing, both online and offline communication, and is ready to take decisions. You should be able to efficiently coordinate with the existing team, designers, and other vendors to complete the required tasks.


  • Maintain the content of our website;
  • Work on developing and enhancing Salesforce Partnership;
  • Manage marketing on our Salesforce Partner Portal, track progress, help to create and follow the plan;
  • Create email campaigns for new and potential clients;
  • Performing marketing research: market, trends, clients, competitors, our standings;
  • Work with Clutch and similar rating sites to improve our standing and advertise our services;
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of different marketing campaigns;
  • Any other marketing-related work on the company;
  • Be proactive and think out of the box to improve our company’s standings.


  • Experience & knowledge of different marketing tools;
  • Advanced (ideally fluent) English;
  • Result-oriented, responsible, creative mindset;
  • Able to generate ideas and bring them to life;
  • Positive can-do and will-do attitude;
  • Experience in the field of digital marketing, SMM;
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
