Product Manager
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who is passionate about building and growing products. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities that drive business value and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, shape the product vision, and ensure its successful delivery and adoption.
What you will do
- Actively contribute to selling our products and support sales teams in closing opportunities;
- Coordinate the process of launching new features or products, ensuring smooth rollout and cross-team alignment;
- Upsell existing products by identifying additional customer needs and expanding product adoption;
- Take care of existing clients, build strong relationships, and manage subscription renewals to ensure long-term customer satisfaction;
- Improve user experience by optimizing product flows and aligning development priorities with business goals.
We are looking for
- 2–4 years of commercial experience as a Product Manager in B2B;
- Proven experience in both product development and go-to-market execution;
- Strong knowledge of marketing, customer acquisition strategies, and product positioning, with direct experience and responsibility in driving product sales and revenue;
- Experience in direct client interactions, account management, or customer success, including subscription renewals and upselling;
- Practical involvement in supporting or leading sales processes (e.g., product demos, pitching, closing deals);
- Strong coordination skills to align cross-functional teams during product/feature launches;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in market and competitor research;
- Track record of scaling products and driving measurable business results;
- English level C1.

- Previous exposure to Salesforce projects/products or CRM environments.
