Middle Business Analyst
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Middle Business Analyst to join our team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.
What you will do
- Conduct thorough discovery activities with clients across various industries to understand existing (“as-is”) business processes, current pain points, and unique business needs;
- Analyze gathered information to define optimized (“to-be”) processes that align with clients’ objectives;
- Translate business and process vision into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for development teams, ensuring technical solutions deliver business value;
- Perform impact analysis and assess change requests;
- Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, bridging the gap between client business users and technical teams throughout project lifecycles;
- Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, UX/UI designers, and development teams;
- Participate in Scrum meetings and Agile team activities;
- Shape demo flows that showcase Salesforce’s value for the specific scenarios;
- Support the establishment and improvement of business analysis practices and ways of working within the company.
We are looking for
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment;
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and tools (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories);
- Experience participating in discovery phases to gather and analyze business requirements;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively;
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (both written and spoken).
Will be a plus
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Lucidchart, etc.;
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus;
- Salesforce Certificate;
- Experience participating in pre-sales activities.
