It’s our mission to deliver Salesforce solutions serving businesses exactly as they need it. We constantly invest in our development team to keep top positions between companies in the Salesforce industry worldwide. And today we couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Dmytro Babchuk as our VP of Delivery.
We know Dmytro as one of the first Salesforce developers in Ukraine. With over 16 years in the IT industry, he has proven tech expertise, a customer-first approach, operations excellence, and, what is very important, a Salesforce ohana mindset.
“We`ve always aimed to create a startup environment at Noltic where all ideas matter and to become more than a successful business – become a strong Salesforce community. Dmytro shares this vision and I am greatly looking forward to seeing the impact Dmytro will bring to Noltic in this new leadership role” – said our Co-Founder Ihor Petrovych.
As VP of Delivery at Noltic, Dmytro will be leading all aspects of the software development process and ensure delivery expertise growth. He will work closely with the management to build the strategy of the development team, while also being the main driver of the strategy as well as responsible for the operations. His first day at Noltic is May 17.
“I like how Noltic grows – it’s a boutique company with the right values, which brings together like-minded people who love what they do. Such culture is the main reason for my decision to join the company. Noltic is now at a stage where analyzing previous experience and setting the next big goals is crucially important. And that’s where I feel I can help. Noltic, in its turn, is a perfect place for the realization of my ideas ” – shares Dmytro. “In my new role, I want to grow people (and that’s not just about entry-level, but the increasing value of senior experts), to choose the best approaches and practices for writing code, to mature all together as a firm. I believe Noltic is one of the best Salesforce agencies, and I want more people to know it. High-quality Salesforce should mean Noltic”.
