What you will do
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Create personalized customer journeys and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor and optimize email marketing performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing and automation.
- Advising clients
- Ability to clearly understand business needs
We are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template customization.
- Goal-oriented and self-disciplined.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is a plus.
