Senior FSL Developer
We are looking for a Senior FSL Developer to join our team and work on complex Salesforce implementations for international clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and scaling Salesforce solutions, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders, and mentoring junior team members
What you will do
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Customize Salesforce Field Service to support complex field service processes and business requirements.
- Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
- Configure and extend key FSL capabilities, including Work Orders, Service Appointments, Service Resources, Service Territories, Skills, Operating Hours, and Scheduling.
- Work with FSL scheduling and optimization, including understanding of scheduling policies and optimization rules.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration patterns.
- Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in technical discovery sessions with clients and provide recommendations on Salesforce architecture and implementation approaches.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing solutions, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and other developers.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices.
- Support less experienced developers through technical guidance and mentoring.
We are looking for
- 5+ years of commercial Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Service / Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Experience with FSL scheduling, dispatching, and mobile workforce management.
- Experience with Apex, Lightning, JavaScript, SOAP/ REST APIs.
- Expert in the following clouds: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Experience with integration using various approaches;
- Excellent knowledge of Salesforce limits, ability to overcome the limits, ability to write highly scalable applications; knowledge of Salesforce strengths & weaknesses;
- Solid understanding of web technologies, OOP concepts & best practises, data structures, algorithms; ability to design & develop highly scalable functionality;
- Great knowledge of Database Design; experience analyzing queries, designing complex data structures;
- Experience debugging & reviewing code;
- Multiple Salesforce certifications demonstrating current skills as a developer;
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps-related tools;
- Upper-Intermediate and higher English level;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency with LLMs tools for Salesforce development.
Will be a plus
- Salesforce certifications, especially Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and/or Salesforce Field Service Consultant.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with complex third-party integrations.
- Experience with MuleSoft / DataWeave.
- Experience working on large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing environment.
