Hallo is a Dutch telecom company serving small and mid-size businesses with mobile plans, VoIP services, and a wide range of telecom hardware. Their offering covers both subscription-based services and physical devices, which creates a steady flow of sales orders, returns, replacements, and vendor purchases.
As the company grew, its warehouse and finance teams needed a reliable way to track stock levels, manage assets, plan purchases, and understand how much inventory was moving through the business at any moment. Their sales team also depended on accurate stock data to confirm fulfillment for new orders.

Business challenge
Hallo had already tried to build a purchasing module with a previous implementation partner, but the setup did not work for their needs. When they came to us, they faced a number of issues:
- No accurate, real-time view of what products were available in the warehouse.
