Noltic invested a thousand volunteer hours into education in 2021

This year Noltic has given 1000 hours of time off towards education inspired by the Salesforce Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program*. We have partnered with 33 educational institutions and involved 26 Nolticians to teach youth the skills needed to succeed in the tech industry. As a result, 575 young students were introduced to the Salesforce technology and a promising career path of a Salesforce expert.

*The Volunteer Time Off (VTO) is an initiative aiming to encourage employees to come forward rewarding them with compensation.

The Noltic’s VTO program 2021 included:

 

  • career days in Lviv Noltic office;
  • classes for Global Hour of Code Initiative;
  • Local Trailblazer Community LWC Event;
  • “Salesforce CI pipelines demystified” workshop at CRM Stage 2021;
  • knowledge sharing sessions for the university students in Applied Sciences and other tech directions.

 

Also, inside the company, our Salesforce Certified Architects were mentoring students of Lviv Polytechnic National University, Kyiv National Transport University, Poltava National Technical University, Ukrainian Catholic University and many more. This year we have also started our first internship program to help young talented people achieve their potential.

Combining delivering complex Salesforce solutions to Noltic clients and volunteering for social good, Serhii has dedicated over 100 volunteer hours teaching the key technical skills in Salesforce. And we are proud to see him inspiring the local community and being a role model to those who have just started their Salesforce path.

 

Even though we are just a small and growing Salesforce agency, and are unable to change the whole world overnight. Nonetheless, at Noltic we are committed to making an impact step by step staying true to our main principle – quality over quantity. This year we invested 1000 volunteering hours into social good. We plan to keep it growing next year.

 

After all, we can not change the whole world. But we can certainly play our part.
