Business Development Manager
We are looking for a Business Development Manager brave enough to take responsibility for completing the Noltic deals. A sharp mind who will get detailed knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and every aspect of the Noltic services and products. We are a top Salesforce Partner with a strong focus on high-quality solutions, so it is key not to sell, but to consult our potential customers.
What you will do
- Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects;
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions;
- Identify the needs and challenges of the prospective customer;
- Promote the company’s services and products to prospective clients;
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients;
- Keep our CRM system up to date based on leads and opportunities;
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams on preparing sales & marketing materials to engage with clients;
- Foster and develop relationships with the Salesforce representatives to sell our services and products;
- Research and identify new business opportunities — including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services — or support in identifying new ways of reaching existing markets;
- Meet with prospects and clients face to face (business trips required);
- Work as part of the reseller team to sell Salesforce products.
We are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling solutions in IT sphere;
- Advanced (ideally fluent) English;
- Result-oriented and responsible with experience in a fast-paced growth environment;
- Excellent people and relationship-building skills, across all seniority levels;
- Strong presentation skills with analytic and logical thinking;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strategic thinking — the ability to see the big picture and new opportunities;
- Ability to thrive working with different cultures.
Will be a plus
- A strong network of relationships with Salesforce AEs;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
