Sales Ops
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who may be at the start of their career but is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Ops Assistant, you will support our Sales team by ensuring that meetings are documented efficiently, tasks are followed up on, and operations run smoothly.
What you will do
- Attend online meetings with the CTO and meticulously take meeting notes and action items;
- Remind the team of upcoming events and deadlines, helping to keep everyone on track;
- Assist in arranging and managing schedules, ensuring that all deadlines and significant events are achieved;
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency;
- Effectively manage and organize information by using web browsers and Google Workspace;
- Keeping the data up to date in Salesforce and other systems;
- Apply a sense of aesthetics to presentations and documents to ensure they are visually appealing and professional.
We are looking for
- Proficiency in English (strong B2 or higher);
- Highly organized individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines;
- Strong focus on accuracy and detail in all work;
- Experience with web browsers and Google Workspace;
- Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
Will be a plus
- Knowledge of CRM or Salesforce.
