Account Executive
As an Account Executive specializing in Salesforce solutions, you will collaborate closely with the Salesforce Account Executives to drive sales initiatives and expand our client base in the EU market. Leveraging your deep understanding of Salesforce products and existing relationships in the industry, you will identify opportunities, engage with prospective clients, and propose tailored solutions to address their business needs.
What you will do
- Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Account Executives to identify and qualify leads, leveraging their insights and expertise to effectively engage with prospective clients;
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultative selling to understand client’s business objectives and challenges;
- Assist in delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to clients, articulating the value proposition of Salesforce solutions and how they align with clients’ strategic goals;
- Support the negotiation and closing of contracts to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, leveraging your relationships and market knowledge to drive successful outcomes;
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the team of Account Executives at Salesforce, fostering open communication and knowledge sharing to drive mutual success;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system, ensuring efficient pipeline management and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities;
- Work with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to provide better messaging and insights on approaching prospects, ensuring alignment and consistency in our outreach efforts;
- Attend related events and conferences, working in tandem with the Salesforce team to network, build relationships, and stay abreast of industry trends and opportunities.
We are looking for
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling Salesforce solutions or related CRM software;
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products, services, and the broader ecosystem;
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand and articulate complex business requirements and technical concepts;
- Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Will be a plus
- Experience working in one or more of the following industries: Retail, High Tech, Non-Profit, or Financial Services;
- A strong network of relationships with Salesforce AEs in the EU;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
