Zabbix is a Latvian software company known worldwide for its open-source server monitoring solutions. The company operates across multiple regions, with offices in Latvia, the United States, Brazil, Mexico, and Japan. Alongside software sales, Zabbix provides professional services, training, and global event programs for its partners and clients.
Before partnering with us, each regional branch used its own CRM instance or local tools like V-Tiger, which made global visibility and process consistency difficult. The goal was to consolidate all business units into a single Salesforce environment, unify data management, and automate the full sales cycle from lead to invoice.
