A sales training provider partnered with our team to create a Salesforce AppExchange app that helps companies track performance, define sales goals, and manage employee growth plans.
The client’s core business focuses on developing sales teams through measurable KPIs and success plans. However, their customers lacked a consistent way to manage performance data inside Salesforce. The goal was to build a Salesforce-native application that connects KPIs, coaching goals, and progress tracking across all organizational levels, from sales reps to C-level executives.
We developed a managed package installable in any Salesforce org, offering ready-to-use KPI templates, goal tracking, and dashboards for managers and trainers.
