Where are you, our Recruiter? This person will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the recruiting process and will collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy. What you will do
- Collaborate with the business to identify job requirements and develop effective position profiles;
- Provide a full-cycle recruitment process according to company standards;
- Сreate a pipeline of new candidates and nurture the existing ones;
- Sourcing through professional networks, databases, referrals, job sites, etc., creating new ways to engage candidates through sourcing and social media;
- Daily communication with potential candidates, conduct pre-screens, interviews and provide information about the company, ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
- Prepare weekly status reports;
- Collaborate with C-level management, HR and marketing to develop and execute an effective recruiting strategy.
We are looking for
- 3+ years of previous experience in IT Recruiting;
- Experience with recruiting for positions in the global market (Poland, EU, Eastern Europe region)
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and strategies, ability to implement and develop them;
- An entertaining conversationalist with a good sense of humor and positive attitude;
- Excellent written, verbal communication and negotiation skills;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English.
- Result-oriented, responsible, creative mindset;
- Ability to work independently and help (mentor) other team members;
- Enthusiastic person with a ‘can-do’ approach.
Will be a plus
- Experience with Salesforce vacancies is a huge advantage.
