Junior/Middle Lead Generation Specialist
We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist who will play a key role in driving new opportunities for our product development initiatives. You’ll work closely with the sales and business development teams to generate leads, nurture prospect lists, and identify clients interested in technology and product-based solutions. This role will suit a specialist who enjoys working with innovative products and can clearly communicate their value to potential customers.
What you will do
- Generate new leads and manage outreach via online channels, focusing on promoting product-based services and solutions;
- Communicate with prospects via LinkedIn and email, presenting the company’s product portfolio and custom solutions;
- Prepare, manage, and regularly update lead lists for product-focused outreach campaigns;
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, proposing fresh lead generation ideas and product marketing tactics;
- Arrange and coordinate meetings/calls between potential clients and the sales/product teams;
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns tailored for product promotion and client acquisition;
- Validate, pre-qualify, and warm up leads interested in product-oriented solutions;
- Monitor and maintain domain health and mailbox reputation to support seamless outreach operations.
We are looking for
- Proven experience in lead generation and international sales of IT services and products;
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce is a strong advantage);
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude;
- Practical experience with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools;
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of written and spoken English;
- Willingness to participate in client calls and confidently handle business negotiations;
- Experience in outbound product sales and prospecting will be a strong plus;
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic product-driven team.
Will be a plus
- Experience with LinkedIn automation tools;
- Understanding of SDLC processes and working in product development environments.
